I’m Ron Martiello, an educator with nearly three decades of experience in instructional practices and creating equitable learning environments. As co-author of Conquering Math Myths with Universal Design, I share strategies that make math accessible and engaging for all students.
Throughout my career as a Math Learning Coach and former principal, I’ve focused on translating research into practical strategies that strengthen instruction and drive school improvement. I’m a passionate speaker, energizing audiences with insights on math instruction while equipping educators to design learning experiences where every student can thrive.
